Wuxi Astong Electric’s manufacturing facility is located in Xibei Industrial Park, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, enjoying convenient logistics for both domestic delivery and global export shipments.
Our in‑house factory covers a complete production workflow: raw copper material incoming inspection, precision cutting, copper foil stacking, diffusion welding, brazing, surface plating (tin‑plating & silver‑plating), CNC machining, finished‑product testing and packaging. We are fully equipped to manufacture laminated copper flexible busbars, copper braided connectors, copper‑aluminum transition joints and busbar expansion joints.
We own specialized production equipment for flexible conductive component processing. All critical processes such as molecular diffusion welding are completed internally, instead of outsourcing. This enables us to better control lead‑time, product quality and cost for OEM & ODM custom orders.
A dedicated quality‑control lab is set up within the workshop. Every batch of products undergoes dimensional measurement, appearance inspection and electrical performance tests to verify heavy‑current performance before shipment. Both small sample orders and large‑volume mass production are handled in our workshop.
We follow standardized production management, keep optimizing workshop processes to meet diverse requirements from switchgear, transformer, energy‑storage, metallurgy and welding‑equipment industries worldwide.
