High Power Pre-press Glue Liquid Cooling Plate for Rectifier, Inverter & Energy Storage PCS
Product Introduction
This custom liquid cold plate adopts pre-press & glue dispensing process. Copper tubes are coated with 2mm epoxy resin (thermal conductivity 2.0 W/(m·K)). Dimension: 893mm×645mm×30mm. Designed for total heat load up to 21060W, with 30LPM water coolant flow and 45°C inlet temperature.
Product Functions
Efficiently dissipate heat for rectifier & inverter power modules. Transfer high heat flux from power electronics to circulating water, stabilize working temperature and prevent overheating failure.
